Exchange Instructions

Step 1: Initiate Your Exchange Request

• Contact our customer service team via email at dahysclothingandminimart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

• Provide your order number and detailed reasons for the exchange request.

• Include clear photos of the item(s) in their original condition.

 

Step 2: Exchange Authorization & Item Preparation

• Upon validation of your request, we will authorise or decline an exchange request after careful consideration

• Ensure the item is in a new and unused state, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

• Pack the item securely.

  NB: Goods and Items bought on Discount are not eligible for refund or exchange

 

Step 3: Return the Item

• Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the item. This may involve a store drop off, or using our logistics partner.

• Please keep any tracking information provided.

 

Step 4: Exchange Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange for an item of the same value.

• You will be contacted regarding the new items shipping or pickup.
