Exchange Instructions

Ensure the item is in a new and unused state, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Pack the item securely.
NB: Goods and Items bought on Discount are not eligible for refund or exchange

Step 4: Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange for an item of the same value.
